Ideal incorporation of the work processes- tamping and compacting in one machine group

Immediately after the lifting, lining and tamping process, the machine already leaves behind an excellent track geometry. The subsequent application of the stabilising units not only compacts the ballast but also raises the track's resistance to lateral displacement at the same time, perfecting the track geometry. This achieves absolute homogeneity of the treatment.

Compared to groups of machines, all work units of the 09-3X Dynamic Tamping Express work simultaneously from the very first moment, whereas in machine groups a time delay and a physical distance between the start and end of the operation of the machines is unavoidable. Levelling and lining measuring systems, incorporated in the machine, create the pre-condition for controlled work sequences and ensure a high quality of the track geometry.

It is possible to extend the intervals between maintenance because the combined maintenance operations guarantee high quality and above all lasting track geometry.
